TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Proof of vaccinations and boosters required for all group trips.

Escapes Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to change or amend vaccination requirements.

                                 

We strongly recommend travel insurance.  Should you get COVID or have to fly home or leave the group for any reason, it would be at your own expense.  There will be no reimbursement for missed days/activities.

Itineraries are subject to change, usually due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This might include changing hotel accommodations or tours, if necessary.

 

Prices usually are guaranteed as stated unless there are unexpected factors such as currency fluctuations that can impact the pricing.

Many of our trips are active or provide opportunities for activities you might enjoy.  If you have any physical limitations, please advise us ahead of time so we can determine if the trip is appropriate for you.  We don’t want to risk our travelers having problems on a trip.  If you need help walking for an extended period of time, we might recommend you not participate in certain parts of the trip or we can make alternate arrangements where possible.

It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to make sure that you have the appropriate travel documents for the destinations you will visit.  That includes valid passport, visas if required.  Passports must be valid for 6 months from date of arrival in each country. If you are denied boarding for non-compliance due to inadequate travel documents, the responsibility for that is yours.

Internal Air within the country is generally 100% non-refundable.

Escapes Unlimited is not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, delay, inconvenience, acts of God, Force Majeure, strikes/labor disputes, mechanical problems, civil unrest, terrorist activities, illness, disease, etc. 

 

Adventure travel takes you to remote destinations, often at significant distances from medical services.  Those are the risks you have agreed to take with the booking of your trip.
