Itinerary
DAY 1
Arrive in Taipei and transfer by private car to your hotel. Rest of the day free to explore Taipei at your leisure.
DAY 2
After breakfast, take a tour of Taipei with stops at the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, the Martyrs' Shrine, and one hour at the National Palace Museum. Stop at the Grand Hotel for photos, then continue onto to Hsing Tian Kong Temple.
The rest of the day is free to explore Taipei.
DAY 3
After breakfast, head to Yehliu Geopark to see incredible rock formations including the Queen's Head. From there, drive to Jiufen Village, a historic mountainside village that was the inspiration for the film Spirited Away. Wander along the Jiufen Old Street and enjoy lunch on your own. Drive to the equally picturesque town of Shifen to see the Shifen Waterfall and release sky lanterns on Shifen Old Street.
Day 4
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight home.
